John Works It Out is about making things, solving problems, learning new skills, and exploring what makes life interesting. Your support helps me spend more time doing those things—and sharing what I learn along the way.

Membership is a way to support the work, get access to extra resources, and become part of a community of curious people who enjoy making things and figuring things out.

You can join for as little as $2 a month, or save with an annual membership.

    What counts as an artifact? That's part of the fun. It could be something printed, handmade, built, or otherwise brought into existence. Each month is an opportunity to try something new.

We Can Work It Out

A community for curious minds and people who like to make things.

I want We Can Work It Out to be more than a place to get updates about my projects. It's a space for DIYers, artists, makers, problem-solvers, and curious individuals to share ideas, learn from each other, and work through challenges together.

Members will get access to resources such as:

  • 3D-printable models I've designed
  • Guitar design templates
  • Dot-grid stationery templates
  • Early access to updates on current projects
  • Live Q&As, troubleshooting sessions, and conversations with me

I'm still figuring out what this community will become, and I'd love for members to help shape it.

Bring your own projects, ask questions, share what you've learned, or lend a hand to someone who's stuck. If you're trying to make something and it's remotely in my wheelhouse, I'll do my best to help you work through it.

And not every conversation needs to be about making things. There's room for art, music, philosophy, and the occasional discussion about life in general. Sometimes the best ideas come from conversations you weren't expecting to have.
